Press Dryer

• Purpose: Designed for sludge with low initial dryness (around 2% dried solids).
• Process: Uses a screw press to dewater the sludge before it enters the drying system.
• Output: Produces highly dried sludge (up to 90% dried solids).
• Components:Includes a screw press, platform, belt dryer, conveyor, polymer unit, pump, flow meter, mixing tank, and control cabinet.

Bunker Dryer

• Purpose: Suited for sludge that is already somewhat dry (minimum 20% dried solids).
• Process:The sludge is stored in a bunker before being processed through a conveyor and then dried.
• Output:Also achieves a high level of dryness (up to 90% dried solids)
• Components:Consists of a bunker, conveyor, belt dryer, and control cabinet.

Skip Dryer

• Purpose:Designed for filter cake sludge that has a higher initial dryness (around 30% dried solids).
• Process:The sludge is directly dried in a container and requires less initial processing.
• Output:Produces dry sludge (up to 90% dried solids).
• Components:Includes a dryer with a control cabinet, air duct, drying container, and tilting system.
